Webfinity Studios Launches Promotion for Kids' WB
PORTLAND, OR, January 8, 2001 - Webfinity Studios today announced the launch of the Heinz Squirtstakes online promotion, to run this month on the Kids' WB Web site (www.kidswb.com).
     The Squirtstakes promotes Heinz' new E-Z Squirt Ketchup, targeted to families with children. The online promotion is aimed at kids aged 6 to 11, and features characters from the popular Kids' WB animated series Detention. To enter the sweepstakes, kids color a scene from Detention by "painting" with red and green E-Z Squirt Ketchup and using stamping tools in the shapes of condiments. They then submit their ketchup creation for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles, where they'll be drawn as an animated character and featured in a Kids' WB promotion. The Squirtstakes also includes an interactive downloadable Detention screensaver.
